So the patient is suffering from a severe form of Psoriasis. He was put on Methotrexate but that affected his liver. He has gone through phototherapy which aggravated his condition. The next treatment dr recommend here is Cyclosporine. My question is if it's advisable for him to go for Cyclosporine as this one is immunosuppressant which has some serious side effects? is there any alternate medication/ line of treatment which is less harmful available as well?

I had a question. I had c section two months ago. I was not able give mother feed for 4 to 5 day. Once the milk started my flow was good he was taking my feed but he still feels Hungry so with Mother feed I use to give him feeder as well . . For 3 4 day I was not feeling well so I didn't feed him.when I tried to feed him my milk flow was very much low, almost not coming and he don't took my milk. I still wanted to feed him my milk. My mother is having this issue since 2 weeks.
